Tour: Montserrat and Cordiniu Wine Tour

Title: Montserrat and Cordiniu Wine Tour
|
Comments: I very much enjoyed our tour and our guide Adrian. Adrian was great and very informative. I only wish I had time to explore the trails at Montserrat, though, the mass I stayed for was very interesting even though I'm not Catholic. The highlight of the tour, for me, at least, was the crazy cava ride in the bowels of Cordiniu. If you go, you'll see. I'm not a wine drinker, but the way the cava wine is stored and made was very interesting. I bought some small bottles for my family. Hope everybody at Rabbies is doing well, and thanks for the book suggestion, Adrian!
Sincerely,
Rachel B

Tour: Montserrat and Gaudi
|
Title: Many thanks for a great tour!
|
Comments: My sister and I took the Montserrat and Gaudi one day tour (3142 Gaudi) on Friday last and we would like to let you know how much we enjoyed the tour and also the excellent commentary of our tour guide, Rodrigo Velasco.
Montserrat was spectacular and being able to see the Gaudi chapel in the Guell Industrial Village on our own was very special. Rogrigo’s in-depth knowledge of Montserrat and of Gaudi and his ability to communicate that knowledge with enthusiasm in English meant that the whole day was a magical experience for us. We also learned a lot from him about the industrial history of Barcelona and, of course, its wonderful architecture.
Perhaps you would pass on our thanks to Rodrigo once again.

Tour: Sitges and Tarragona
|
Title: An amazing time
|
Comments: want to thank Rabbies for offering a wonderful tour to Sitges and Tarragona. The places I visited on the tour were interesting and I had enough free time to explore. I especially enjoyed the small group atmosphere that Rabbies offers. I thought the tour was very well organized and Adrian was wonderful.
Adrian was very informative, pointing out things we might find interesting. He did this without being pushy. I felt Adrian was engaging and made the tour seem more like a day out with a friend rather than an organized tour. Thank you very much for the tour. I will definitely book with you again.

Title: Girona and Costa Brava
|
Comments: Dear Rabbie's
Myself and my fiancé were on your day trip to Girona and Costa Brava on the 18th of Jan. Our driver/guide was Rodrigueo. He was great, friendly without being in-your-face, knowledgeable about Barcelona and its surrounds/Catalonian culture etc + a very good driver. We both really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend the trip to anyone visiting Barcelona. Keep up the great work.

Title: Rabbie´s Tours
|
Comments: Hello,
I just wanted to email you on my GREAT experience with your tours when i was in Barcelona this October.
I reserved my tour online for the Montserrat and Cavas and Tarragona and Sitges tours.? I found your site online through google search of Barcelona tours and then checked it out on tripadvisor.com.? I am always concerned about reserving online tours ahead of time as often, not know how good it will be, or how reliable the
company is.
To my great surprise, i had a wonderful time with both of my tours.? I took a tour to the Dali and Figueres on a large tour, and must say, was really disappointed, so
huge the group, 50 or so, and only wish Rabbies did a tour up there, as i loved Rabbies so much more for the following reasons,
1.? Much more intimate, groups of 6-8 people.? I had so much fun bonding with others
from all over.
2.? The van, smaller than those huge buses
3.? Great itineraries, except wish there was a tour to Figueres and Dali
4.? Best of all, were the local tour guides. Adrian and Rodrigo, amazing guys.? I had lots of fun getting to know them and they were really open to sharing their
experiences of the attractions with me and the others.? Great individuals.....
Oh, and i think the cost is reasonable, and comparing to what other tours are charging, it is certainly worth taking Rabbies.
Anyways, just wanted to thank you and send you my appreciation of what a great company this is.? I cannot wait to return to Barcelona and take the other one, to
Pyrenees and Girona.
Thanks again, and please tell Adrian and Rodrigo i said "hi"? and that i also posted a nice comment on tripadvisor.com

Title: Private tours to Costa Brava
|
Comments: [...] it was nice on the otherhand for peter and jennie to have a private tour, it makes such a change from the typical coach tours, and we did enjoy that day, the weather, the scenery, the catalan food and your inimitable way as an escort. gracias.
well, thanks again for completing my trip in one replete with fond memories and smiles. there is a personal touch, a dash of frankness, with the way you are, which i believe is your key to success and will help the business grow. i will certainly recommend rabbies to my friends should they be visiting BCN ... at a commission though! :))
Alles gut,

Tour: The Pyrenees Trail
|
Title: Pyrenees Tour
|
Comments: Just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the tour to the Pyrenees.
The tour had more than we expected. The town of Vic on market day and the tourist
walk was a unique experience for us. The narrow streets and the Roman temple in Vic
were incredibly interesting. The train ride into the Pyrenees mountains on the
train included breathtaking scenery and we enjoyed walking around the top of the
mountain. The town of Queralbs was fascinating and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring
the medieval town. Many thanks to Rob for taking us on the tour and giving us
enough information to have a sense of what was going on yet giving us the freedom to
explore each area at our own pace.

Title: Outstanding
|
Comments: Hi Hugo,
Just wanted to write you a quick line to let you know that your recommendation for the Tapas restaurant was fantastic. The name of the restaurant is Bilboa Berri (something like that). Thank you so much for your quick response to our request and your map was very precise.
Rabbies Adventures proved to be an extremely professional experience for us. Robert was very accommodating when I first phoned for
information. We enjoyed our tour with Adrian last week. He is a great guy and a true asset to Rabbies (even when stuck in unbelievable traffic). We will definitely highly recommend Rabbies, and as soon as I regain full consciousness from our flights home, I will write a superb comment on trip advisor about you all.
Thanks for making our trip to Barcelona a truly memorable one.
Take Care,

Title: Comment on Tripadvisor
|
Comments: I just returned from an enjoyable visit to Barcelona, Spain. The city is absolutely beautfiul, many young people, good food, fun places to shop, and lots of culture to be seen. The city has a large variety of cultural events that range from museums to concerts. And for those sporty types, one should not forget FC Barcelona.
All this said, I would like to recommend an experience that I enjoyed tremendously. I took a day trip with a company named Rabbies to Montserrat. What a beautiful outing. The guide gave us all the information we needed and then let us have down-time to enjoy the convent, the boys choir and the natural surroundings. There was ample time to regenerate after hectic sight-seeing in Barcelona.
After visiting Montserrat we continued on to the Penedes region and were able to visit one of the "Cava" productions. Cava is the Spanish equivalent to French champagne and in my opinion just as good.
For those of you who have more than 2 -3 days in Barcelona, I highly recommend this get-a-way and if you do not want to see a convent or taste champagne, Rabbies also offers other tours that sounded very interesting to me as tourist. Cost/performance ratio was excellent.
