1. Where do the tours leave from?
Tours depart from Plaça Catalunya on the corner with
"Avinguda de Porta del Angel, outside Banca de España
opposite the Tourist Information Centre. If you are facing
the Hard Rock Cafe walk to your left 50 metres. The minicoaches
will normally be branded as Ravigo, but our guides will be
identifiable by their branded shirts.
2. What should we wear?
Because we believe in time off the bus and give you opportunities
to get out and about, please bring suitable clothing, footwear,
and sun protection. Remember that temperatures at high altitudes
will be much lower than in the city, so although it may be
warm in Barcelona, please remember that it can be much cooler
in the Pyrenees. On our Girona and Costa Brava tour you will
also have the opportunity to take a swim in the fabulous Mediterranean,
so bring your bathers and a towel if you want to take advantage
of such an opportunity.
3 . Do you take children on your tours?
Children over 5 are welcome on all our tours. We don't take
under fives on our tours - this is for the sake of the child
as much as everyone else.
4. How far in advance should we book?
We accept reservations right up to the day of departure, but
to avoid disappointment, it is always best to book as far
in advance as possible.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Less than 72 hours before the start of your 1 day tour if
we can resell your seat we will give you a refund less a 10%
admin charge. Outside these times we will refund less any
credit card charges.
